This container is super easy to look after and can be washed by hand or popped into the dishwasher the seal on the lid it strong and I was able to transport soup in it without it leaking. The look is lovely and is nice enough so that you could actually serve out of it.You can even cook in it or storage it in your freezer. Max and min temperatures are on the lid. This was the largest I could find and I am pleased I found it. I use these to store pre-prepared slow cooker ingredients so I can prep in advance and just dump it in the slow cooker, put the container in the dishwasher and go to work in the morning. It holds loads and is great for storing larger quantities if you bulk cook a few days worth of food. I will definitely be getting more.
