The DJC Supply 12" × 8" × 4" IP65 Junction Box is designed for contractors, installers, and serious DIYers who need a large, reliable enclosure for demanding electrical projects. Whether you're housing a sub-panel, irrigation controller, multi-circuit terminal block, or industrial relay system, this box delivers the interior space and IP65-rated weather protection to get the job done right. Smooth blank walls give you full control. Every wall surface is completely smooth — drill your conduit holes exactly where your layout requires, sized precisely for your fittings, cable glands, or cord grips. No patching unused knockouts, no compromise on placement. Lighter than metal. Tougher than you'd expect. Polystyrene plastic is impact-resistant, corrosion-proof, and UV-stable — it won't rust, crack, or degrade in direct sun, rain, humidity, or coastal environments. At a fraction of the weight of steel enclosures, it's easier to handle and mount on any surface without sacrificing durability. Generous 12" × 8" × 4" interior provides ample room for breakers, DIN rails, terminal strips, multiple relays, and complex multi-circuit wiring runs. The pre-installed rubber gasket creates a tight IP65-rated seal when closed, and mounting screws are included so you're ready to install straight out of the box. Backed by DJC Supply's 5-year warranty — defective units replaced within 72 hours. ## Features - IP65 WATERPROOF & DUSTPROOF RATED – Fully sealed against dust ingress and water jets from any direction, meeting IP65 international protection standards. Ideal for large-scale outdoor electrical enclosures, sub-panel wiring, irrigation controllers, security systems, and commercial or residential installs. Performs reliably in rain, high humidity, coastal salt air, and direct sun exposure — protecting your wiring and components year-round. - IMPACT-RESISTANT POLYSTYRENE PLASTIC – Built from high-grade polystyrene that is significantly lighter than comparable steel or aluminum enclosures without sacrificing strength. Completely corrosion-proof and UV-stable, this enclosure will not rust, crack, warp, or degrade over time — even in the harshest outdoor environments. A smart, long-lasting alternative to metal for both residential and light commercial applications. - RUBBER GASKET SEAL INCLUDED – Pre-installed rubber gasket runs the full perimeter of the lid, creating a tight, compression-fit weatherproof seal every time the box is closed. Keeps out moisture, dust, insects, and debris even under prolonged outdoor exposure. Mounting screws included so you can go straight from unboxing to installation without an extra hardware store run. - SMOOTH WALLS FOR FULLY CUSTOM CONDUIT ENTRY – Unlike enclosures with pre-punched knockouts, every wall surface on this box is completely smooth and blank. Drill your own conduit holes exactly where your project layout demands — any size, any position, on any wall, top, or bottom surface. Compatible with any standard cable gland, cord grip, or conduit fitting for a clean, professional finish. - 5-YEAR WARRANTY + FAST REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE – Every DJC Supply junction box is backed by a full 5-year product warranty. If any unit becomes defective, we'll send a brand new replacement within 72 hours — no hassle, no runaround. Our dedicated customer support team is available by email to help with any questions or issues. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Asin | B07ZBP1P93 | | Brand Name | DJC Supply | | Colour | Grey | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars (590) 4.3 out of 5 stars | | Finish Type | Polished | | Installation Type | Screw-In | | Item Dimensions D X W X H | 20.3D x 10.2W x 30.5H centimetres | | Item Weight | 0.83 Kilograms | | Manufacturer | DJC Supply Company | | Material | Polyvinyl Chloride | | Model Number | DJC Supply [unknown model] | | Number Of Items | 1 | | Specification Met | IP65 | | Style | Safety | | Unit Count | 1.0 count | | Upc | 745560787144 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** DJC Supply - **Colour:** Grey - **Material:** Polyvinyl Chloride - **Product dimensions:** 20.3D x 10.2W x 30.5H centimetres - **Style:** Safety ## Images ![Co. I could take an actual measurement to confirm **Q: Hi does this junction pvc box 4x4x2.4 have 4 tabs on bottom of box so it can be mounted?? Thanks** A: No tabs. It does have fastener holes pre-fabbed into each inside corner for mounting from the inside. **Q: What is the dimensions of the interior backplain mounting holes?** A: The mounting holes are as close to the edge of the box as can be molded.
