(You'll get this if you have practiced this food program.) Anyway, they pop right out easily and clean-up great - even after being filled with a tomato-based item. They are heavy duty, nto flimsy, and I love having the covers for each. You must push each square individually. They do well to not spill and you can stack a couple to take to the freezer. However, the cubes are REALLY difficult to remove from the trays. It is so awkward to use, a real struggle. We put these in the yard sale pile and went with some cheapies we found at Ace Hardware by rubbermade. They pop right out and stack too. Silicone just doesn't work all that well for ice trays.
