**Q: Why does the display go off ?**
A: When battery powered, the display will go off for 30 seconds and come back on when a sound is detected. When using the clock only, it is best to keep it plugged in. If the brightness switch is slid to OFF, the display would also go off.

**Q: How to charge ?**
A: USB-C charging cable (Included), 5V charging plug (Not Included). The charging position is on the side of the timer, which is marked DC 5V.

**Q: How long does it take to charge? How long does a charge last?**
A: After 4 hours of charging, in the low light mode, it can work continuously for about 32 hours. In the high light mode, it can work continuously for about 10 hours. Low light mode is recommended when using battery power only.

**Q: Why did the alarm stop ringing?**
A: If the volume switch is slid to mute, the alarm would be mute. Or in the alarm mode, the alarm is turned off.
