Made with cocoa powder for a rich chocolate cake and iced with Stevia icing powder base vegan butter icing, it had a delicious Nutella flavour. I really enjoyed it, it was a real treat will be buying more! ### ⭐ Far to sweet *by K***T on 3 May 2020* I bought this mix because I could not get hold of any gluten free flour and needed to bake a cake. It was simple to use and the resulting product looked like a nice cake but it was far too sweet and left a bad chemical sweetner aftertaste. I understand that some people really want to reduce their sugar intake but this mix is too much the other way and spoils what could be a nice cake, frankly you can reduce the sugar quite dramatically in most cake recipes without spoiling the finished cake. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent! Very easy and a delicious low carb cake. *by S***S on 19 June 2016* I wasn't sure what to expect and had quite low expectations since I can't remember the last time I tried a cake mix - but it was very easy, it turned out really well and low carb too! I added some lime juice and zest but otherwise kept to the instructions for mixing the ingredients. The mix was more like a batter than I expected but the cake rose nicely. When it was cold, I made up some lime and Sukrin syrup and 'fed' it into the cake through holes in the top made with a cocktail stick. I cut it into 12 nice size slices (instructions say 10 portions, but that seemed too big and 12 is easier to portion).Lovely texture and nice taste with the lime. I froze it in individual portions so we did not over indulge, but we had some today with whipped cream and berries - yum.
