One of the clips snaps back down perfectly but the other gets stuck in the up position and it makes for a bit of a pain. I have to physically push it down an it doesn't hold down as well as the other. If you have fine hair this isn't for you, it'll slip right back out, also, hair with multiple layers and lengths, not ideal with this tool. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Typing right. *by D***. on April 2, 2019* How good it works. ### ⭐ Disappointed *by C*** on March 10, 2018* Product looked like it was used/returned.
