But most of all, I can adjust the strap pad over the pacemaker -- because of course the surgeon put the pacemaker directly under where my left strap rides-- and it provides clearance for the pacemaker bump (think speed bump on your chest). This is great. Already tried it with two different day packs and my travel pack. No interference with the pacemaker and the packs even more comfortable than before!
