Die Matte erklärt sich quasi von selbst.Ich mache sehr gerne Wedges auf der Matte, da hier das Wenden entfällt und sie sehr schön knusprig werden. Ein Freund hat sie auch und hat damit Chickenwings gemacht, die auch sehr gut wurden. Hier macht es sich noch mehr bemerkbar, wie die Matte das Fett vom Essen fernhält.Lediglich die Reinigung von Hand ist etwas mühselig. Wenn man den Platz hat würde ich hier die Spülmaschine empfehlen.
