Designed for adult modelers, it offers modular weapon configurations and movable control surfaces, making it a standout collectible that blends engineering excellence with display versatility. ## Description This is the first ever 1/32 scale F-16 model to replicate the characteristic large air intake duct, nicknamed "Big Mouth". The F110-GE-129 jet engine is also replicated in precise detail, and can slide into place on a hook and rail system exactly like the actual aircraft. The entire engine can also be displayed outside the aircraft using the included cart. This model achieves a level of accuracy only possible in such a large-scale work. The upper surfaces of the wings are molded to the main body of the plane in one single piece, creating a "Blended Body" which artfully depicts the F-16's beautiful, streamlined form and proportions. The model features screw-mounted main body and die-cast landing gears with actual rubber tires for extra durability. This model makes use of the mini poly caps to ensure that missiles, ECM pod and external fuel tanks are removable and interchangeable even after assembly. This way, modelers can enjoy depicting different weapon configurations specific to various F-16 missions. Use of poly caps also enables trailing edge flaps, horizontal stabilizer fins and vertical tail fin flaps to move freely after assembly. Requires paint and assembly. ## Features - Highly accurate static display model. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B000AJ14AQ | | Additional Features | Portable | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Art Craft Kit Type | plastic model airplane kit | | Brand Name | TAMIYA | | Color | Gray | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars (180) | | Global Trade Identification Number | 04950344603152 | | Included Components | Tamiya 60315 1/32 Lockheed Martin F-16CJ Blk 50 Plastic Model Airplane Kit | | Item Dimensions | 12 x 5 x 18.7 inches | | Item Type Name | MODEL KIT | | Item Weight | 1 kg | | Manufacturer | Tamiya | | Manufacturer Part Number | TAM60315 | | Material Type | ['Plastic', 'Die-cast Metal', 'Rubber'] | | Model Name | LOCKHEED MARTIN F-16CJ BLK 50 Fighting Falcon | | Model Number | TAM60315 | | Number of Pieces | 1 | | Paint Type | plastic model paint | | Product Style | Modern | | Scale | 1:32 | | Seasons | All Seasons | | Set Name | LOCKHEED MARTIN F-16CJ BLK 50 Fighting Falcon | | Size | Medium | | Subject Character | Military Aircraft - F-16 Fighting Falcon | | Theme | Military | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Warranty Description | No Warranty | ## Product Details - **Age Range (Description):** Adult - **Brand:** TAMIYA - **Color:** Gray - **Item dimensions L x W x H:** 12 x 5 x 18.7 inches - **Theme:** Military ## Images ![Lockheed Martin F-16CJ Blk 50 1/32 Jet - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/617NptW57AL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: What makes this product worth 160?** A: Nothing, its worth $175. $200 is retail.
