Concrete Seal is a heavy-duty concrete sealer. It is formulated with tough epoxy ester resins to offer concrete surfaces maximum resistance to oils, s and abrasions. It quickly penetrates concrete and fills the pores to completely seal the surface, and dries to a clear, durable, -resistant finish capable of withstanding heavy traffic. It can be used on new or old concrete surfaces, and is traffic-ready in just 24 hours. Use On: Floors, Driveways, Loading Docks, Walls Features and Benefits A tough, epoxy ester resin. Creates a durable, -resistant finish. Penetrating seal fills the pores of concrete to eliminate dusting. Directions Complete directions on product label Allow new concrete to cure for a minimum of 90 days prior to sealing. Clean, rinse and dry the concrete. Then etch concrete using #140 Concrete Cleaner and Etch. When dry apply sealer using a lambswool applicator. Apply at a rate of 300 - 500 sq. ft. per gallon.
