After reading some of Dr, Walkers other books, and having good results from his suggestions, I was willing to read it with a more open mind. One thing is pretty clear, whether you want to drink distilled water or not, many of our city water supplies are giving us water that is not healthy. If you care to research Fluoride, it has never been tested for long term affects on humans by the FDA, and Chlorine is another chemical that can not contribute to good health, whether drinking it or bathing in it. I wish I had taken the time to research this much earlier in life, I hope some of you will, as it ain't what we are told it is !! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Who knew? *by K***G on Reviewed in the United States on July 26, 2022* After reading Dr. Norman's book on water I purchased a TDS meter from Amazon, about $15. I checked our tap water in Las Vegas and got a reading of 479! Anything over 500 is an EPA violation. The filtered water from our refrigerator read 404! I we t on and purchased a Water Distiller from Amazon about $159. The reading from our distiller is 2! Now we are drinking clean water. The crazy thing we stayed in a condo in Puerto Vallarta Mexico I brought along the TDS meter, the tap water was 77, the bottle water was 9. The tap water in Puerto Vallarta was almost 4 times cleaner than the Las Vegas tap water. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Although written a long time ago, the truth never gets old *by T***M on Reviewed in the United States on February 2, 2016* A classic, which is sadly underappreciated in today's world. All good, common sense information, although I was surprised at the authors advise on occasionally adding a little seawater to the distilled water, as that would seem to be counterproductive. Especially with pollution levels much higher than when the book was first written.
