**Q: Can these be used in a recipe that calls for agar agar flakes (i'm wondering if i can crush these up to measure in a tablespoon?)**
A: Agar agar flakes are different than strips. So, No, I believe it can be substituted.

**Q: Is the strips the same as the string?**
A: I would imagine it’s the same. I cut them with scissor before rehydrating. To make them matchstick size. Otherwise, yes, they could be described as long strings.

**Q: Do you have recipes for the colorful gel strips and molds in the photos?**
A: I imagine food coloring water would dye the agar agar.
