For skin tags, the fastest way is to tie them off with cotton. Make sure to keep the cotton tight to cut off the blood supply. I had 2 on my eyelid years ago, and within a couple of days they turned black and fell off. Apple Cider Vinegar can do the job. Use a cotton bud to apply it.
