**Q: Do you like the waterproof version?**
A: I only buy the washable version. Waterproof mascara is a big pain to completely remove.

**Q: Will it smear when you go to the pools**
A: I never have it smear when swimming

**Q: Is this mascara safe for lash extensions?**
A: To my knowledge, you are not supposed to use mascara with lash extensions. So I can confidently say this mascara is not for lash extensions.

**Q: how well does this hold curled lashes?**
A: I don't curl my lashes but because it is soft not stiff, it may well hold the curl.  It is still the very best mascara ever made and Maybelline has made a big mistake discontinuing it.

Not a bad mascara but doesn't help with curl, I have long lashes but pretty straight. I suppose with the mascara being "softer" on the lashes which is nice it doesn't really fix in a curl. It does smudge a little so I do have to use a mascara sealer which cures that problem. Overall not bad but probably wouldn't buy again.
