Yeah okay it's not a bad read at all. Sorting your life out does need some kind of strategy to help you break long held patterns of thinking and behaviour and this book is a good platform for that.

More of a weight loss book then a self help book. Keep a diary about everything seems to be the advice, even in the self esteem section it talks about weight loss and being over weight. If you have a problem with your weight getting skinny is not going to sort your life out, if anything this book makes it seem like all your problems are because of your weight. This book will not sort your life out, if you are busy this just gives you more to do instead of helping you deal with life and if you want the weight loss advice buy Paul McKenna's weight loss book as it gives the same advice but is openly a weight loss book.
