VERSATILE USE. This forged trailer hitch ball with D-ring comes with a 2-inch x 2-inch shank to fit virtually any industry-standard 2-inch receiver. The shackle features a threaded pin to remove if necessary.
READY TO TOW. Recovery towing is easy with this 2-inch shackle . It can be used for pulling another vehicle, stumps and other offroad applications.
CORROSION-RESISTANT. For long-lasting use, this ball hitch is protected with a durable black powder coat finish, easily resisting damage from rain, dirt, snow, road salt and other corrosive threats.
EASY TO INSTALL. To install this D-ring hitch ball on your vehicle, simply insert the shank into your vehicle's 2-inch hitch receiver. The rounded shank makes installation easy. Then, secure the shank with a hitch pin (sold separately).

It offers a perfect fit for all CURT Xtra Duty class 5 hitches (5/8" hitch pin & clip sold separately). The D-ring shackle features a threaded pin for easy attachment of the shackle, and it is compatible with the CURT vehicle recovery strap #83066. It also comes with a durable, corrosion-resistant carbide powder coat finish, keeping it well protected against the elements, as well as against nicks, scratches and scuffing.
