## Description

A premium grade, Zero VOC, smooth, water based, UL Listed, high pressure/high velocity duct sealant for commercial and residential supply and return air duct use. DP1010 is recommended for sealing joints, seams, and duct wall penetrations as well as sealing connections on flexible duct. Up to 15 inches water column pressure. The consistency of DP 1010 allows for better coverage and ease of application. It exceeds all SMACNA seal and pressure classes and is recommended up to 15 inches water gauge pressure. Smooth consistency for coverage.

Review: Easy to use, lasts a long time - This is my second bucket of this product. I used my first over a decade ago and now I'm making a modification to the system I built then. This product is easy to use and after 12 years it's still in great shape. It was still holding joints strong but I was able to cut through it and break the joints, so a good compromise. I wish it came in a smaller container. I found it in stores in a caulk-style tube but not in stock..... The only downside of this bucket of DP 1010 is the sheer volume of it. I will tell you I used the remnants of my last bucket 9 years after I bought it. The product was a bit tough but still usable. I've successfully applied this product with a putty knife and a chip brush. It's pretty thick for a brush but you can make it work with a little effort. The result is nicer than the putty knife.

This is my second bucket of this product. I used my first over a decade ago and now I'm making a modification to the system I built then. This product is easy to use and after 12 years it's still in great shape. It was still holding joints strong but I was able to cut through it and break the joints, so a good compromise.
