My wife and I felt better only after a few days of drinking the ionized water. More energy, better digestive health, and it helped my gout. We came home and got rid of the brita filter and bottled water. It also tastes better and cleaner than brita filtered water. The machine is easy to use and would recommend purchasing from this seller. I called the help desk and was told my meter was off, that I needed to use a liquid PH test, which I bought and had the same result. When I went to return the unit I received a return authorization that was rescinded a day later because for Amazon buyers they provide a 30 day return period not 60 as is blasted all over their website. Their position now is that my water is too acidic coming out of the tap and that's why it does not work. I am disgusted with this machine and this seller and am now stuck with an expensive water filter, and I'm not sure that's even working.
