It writes a broad fat line, which makes what you write look bigger on the page. The pen is nicely balanced and the grip makes it easy to hold without one getting cramped fingers. The redand green ink is rich and vibrant. I find that these pens do not last as long as a normal ballpoint because the ball is so wide: but I don't care. It does exactly what I need it to do.
