A: It is best to avoid metal scouring pads, abrasive cleaners or sharp cooking utensils; as they will scratch the nonstick.

A: This is cast aluminum, so it will not work on an induction cooktop.

A: I don't know about the broiler.  We use it on our gas grille all the time.  The temp is at 450 degrees.

This is a great griddle! Non-stick and easy cleanup after using. It fits perfectly to my Coleman camp stove! The weight to the griddle is super low so it’s easy to remove and store it away when not needed. It’s definitely worth the money!

I've had this griddle for over 2 years and I have taken it camping to use over a camp fire. The griddle is really good and cooks great. I do wish the drip channel was a little bigger. Just keep and eye on it and dump into another pan. We use if fairly often.

My wife and I went camping this weekend and it was the first opportunity I'd had to use this since making the purchase. I did not make a mistake. The non-stick was flawless and I cooked burgers, pancakes, bacon and eggs on it. I was able to get that nice crust on the burgers, akin to the same on cast iron. The pancakes slid right off, as did the eggs. The bacon cooked perfectly, and the clean up was easy with nothing more than a few paper towels. The high sides make it really easy to move food around and they keep the mess to a minimum. One thing to note, is the size. This thing is big to the point where I had difficulty getting to the burner knobs on my high pressure stove. It's overly deep and overly wide. That's a plus for most people, so just be mindful of the measurements given in the description to make sure you have room to work with it. Another plus that speaks to the potential longevity of this griddle is that there are numerous stabilizing ribs cast into the underside of the griddle which protects it from warping. This makes for a very nice unit overall. Time will tell as to the longevity of the non-stick coating, but assuming you're using non-metallic tools, this should provide years of trouble free use. After using it now however for some time, I've come to discover that if you use this on a propane BBQ it warps something fierce. Normal use on a dual burner stove does not warp it, however, this griddle is really pricey on Amazon, but you can find this as a seasonally stocked item at Costco, and I know that they've carried it for the last few years, so keep you eyes open for it.
