The console slides in with a satisfying click into place. When in place, you can turn the Deck upside down and the console is going nowhere. A release button on the back when pushed up, allows you to pull the console out. The caps on the joysticks are interchangeable, and CRKD sells combinations on their website. One other thing, if you install the CRKD app on your phone, there is an NFC square on the back which when scanned via the app, tells you what number your Deck is and the rarity. I have no quarms about recommending this to anyone with a SWITCH. The feel is great, it looks awesome. The sticks are nice and clacky and triggers and buttons feel nice. Sticks are larger on the controller so you just need to get use to a bit more November that the joycons have. I was worried from other reviews of it scratching my OLED so I got a piece of vinyl sticker to cover the area between the back of my OLED and the controller to act as a barrier. Despite what others have said I found it fairly easy to remove and insert the switch into the controller. I wasn't a fan of the vibration settings as they seem over the top when I was playing Skyrim and shooting arrows, even on the lowest setting out was vibrating a lot so I just turned that off. Back buttons and programming are easy enough.
