I listen to a lot of music so the audio always sounded too low and a bit muffled on the 2nd gen but when I got the 3rd gen I can hear the instruments and voices so clearly now. It also syncs with your smart home too if you have compatible devices. The only problem is the sluggish screen. The screen is so slow and it needs some kind of fix. Other than that, I highly recommend Alexa as it is really useful with thousands of different functions.
