Review: Great little machine! - I was a bit sceptical about this item but finally got round to trying it today as I had some beef left from our roast dinner. Read the reviews first to get some tips which I used and the pies turned out fantastic and it was so quick and easy plus the pie maker is hardly dirty and the pies didn't stick. I added some leftover gravy and onions that had been cooked by boiling to keep them moist for the filling, bought ready made shortcrust pastry and used egg wash for pastry. I didn't preheat the pastry maker and let it cool between batches and they were still cooked within 6-8 minutes - this made it easier to put the pastry in. I only used the small cutter for lid and bottom which meant there was no pastry wastage or spillage and I skirted all 4 plates with 3 squirts each of sunflower fry light. Can't wait to have another go with it now. Really good buy for using up leftovers and a bit healthier way of having pie as you know what's in it.

This gives a good saving in electricity against having to run an oven for same amount of food. Would recommend

**Q: What size are the pies that it makes? So i can see if they have foil pie trays.... Diameter please**
A: 10cm

**Q: What size is the cutter for top and bottom?**
A: Not to sure but it comes with the pie machine fits perfect for the pies large circle is for the bottom of the pie for the filling then turn it upside down the smaller bit is for the lid. The pies are not to big should say on the discription the actual size I have thrown away my box now.. I make my ours with wraps to there lovely :)))

**Q: Could this be used in USA with change of plug**
A: No its 240v only there is no 110v switch . It didn't work for me in Europe with a travel adaptor . Excellent product in the right region .

**Q: Why do all these pie makers not adapt them for the USA market????**

I was a bit sceptical about this item but finally got round to trying it today as I had some beef left from our roast dinner. Read the reviews first to get some tips which I used and the pies turned out fantastic and it was so quick and easy plus the pie maker is hardly dirty and the pies didn't stick. I didn't preheat the pastry maker and let it cool between batches and they were still cooked within 6-8 minutes - this made it easier to put the pastry in. It's not deep fill ! So that's a star took off . Arrived quickly, easy to set up , easy to use and so versatile you can really let your imagination run wild from sweet to savoury, from pastry to pizza base it does it all !! Really easy to clean too !! Makes delicious quick easy food / snack it's the machine you didn't know you needed at a very reasonable price!!
