I gave it four stars because it mostly does most of those things, and it's cheap. Here are my findings after two weeks of use.P: Product description from the listing on AmazonR: my review of how well it does what it claimsP: Adjusts to Your Requirements: Height of the monitor table and the desktop are independently adjustable, to adapt to your specific styleR: It does adjust to your height, although I'm 5'9" and I have it at its highest setting so I don't think it would be good for tall peopleP: Rolling Portability: The 1-inch casters on each leg let you move this compact work or gaming station into any room or cubicle, even on carpetsR: The wheels do not work very well. When I move it (which I do at the end of each workday) it feels more like dragging than rolling.P: Workstation, Laptops, Desktops, Printer: This multipurpose desk is an office or home workhorse. The side shelf holds a CPU or a printer.R: I have a standard size desktop tower which fits perfectly into the computer tray on the side.P: Stand Up for Your Health: Increase circulation and energy: We know sitting for hours fatigues us. Being able to stand or sit as you wish helps you stay alert and fitR: Do not expect to move this thing up and down if you want a break from standing. It does not adjust easily, especially if anything is on it. If you want a desk that’ll work as a standing desk that’s a cheap price then yes this will work. This isn’t quality material but that’s what you get for the price.The “wooden” part was chipped when I got it in a few different places and the white metal had odd streaks of other color. It’s kinda hard to adjust to make it even.That said it totally works for what I wanted for the time being — a portable standing desk for my at home office. ### ⭐ Poor merchandise *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on August 14, 2018* Came adpnd was putting together and discovered that the small metal insrrt that catches the bolt was missing on one of the levels.
