Brackets (3) holding shade are solid and secure. I especially liked the fact that the remote was already programmed. Motor unit needs to be charged . Full charge after delivery took roughly 3 hours (blinking green light will indicate when charge is complete) The quality appears to be A1, and the finished installation looks good, even for a DIY job. We wanted 100% blackout for this window . There is a small amount of light leakage on the sides, hardly noticeable . Motor noise is minimal( think electric shaver). Installed by 4:15 pm. It worked out perfect! Amazon estimated delivery Sep 23 - Oct 5th, I got it today! The shade is light weight, well built, and easy to charge. The size was perfect! Looks very nice and does block out the sun light. Installed it in the bathroom so it also provides extra privacy. The remote was already set, I only had to remove the tab for the battery and done! I'm very happy with this purchase. I did not rate sheerness because the shade is not sheer.
