One of the packs was unsuitable to eat, colour and smell was horrible and when I tried requesting refund and / or replacement, got a message that it isn’t available for this product.

It's tiny amount for that price.Only one use and there is about 200 grams inside. I never use it. Definitely not a good choice for pancakes.
