Recipe Idea: Garlic & Primavera Pasta ---------------------------------------------- Ingredients ----------- * 1 Tbsp. olive oil * ½ cup chopped onion * 2 cups assorted cut-up fresh vegetables* * 2 Tbsp. dry white wine or pasta water * 1 package Knorr Garlic sauce mix * 8 ounces linguine or your favorite pasta, cooked and drained * ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese * Use sliced mushrooms, 2-inch pieces of asparagus, thinly sliced red, yellow, or orange bell peppers, and thinly sliced zucchini or yellow squash. Directions ---------- 1. Heat olive oil in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes or until onion is tender. 2.
