Wot a joke. the plastic part does have a loop for a lanyard, but this is not securely attached to the actual USB flash drive. So even if you attach it to a lanyard or keyring the only p[art you are attaching is the plastic holder and not the important part with your data o it. The Plastic part is also so loosely attached that when you plug in the USB Type A. It is almost impossible to remove it as you only have the plastic cover to grab hold of and that simply detaches from the main USB.
