The thread and my new sewing machine got on very well thankfully. I think it will make great top stitching thread for some free motion machine doodling/sketching I want to do on some bags/aprons. My darling is very happy with his repaired jeans... I actually covered the darn (made with normal thread) with a mini pocket - like a pen pocket just inside one of the back pockets, so it's not obvious the jeans have been repaired.
