The band is for size for all as it fits me with much room for a big head and of course my younger son had to try it out and it fits him as well. I have not tried them in the microwave yet. The comfort is amazing as it’s soft and no hard pieces rubbing on you, I actually fell asleep with it on a few times. It’s easy to use and functional.
