Im unsure about this shoe I haven't worn them yet to walk.......yet, Although I have worn them , They Look very nice on the foot, They feel extremley comfortable, But The smell like kerosene and they definetly have a rustic quality feel to them, I was a bit hesitant because I had also read prior review that stated that the soles were separating from the shoe, But stuff like that for the most part doesn't phase me, I guess in the coming weeks , ill update the review to include wear and street usage, I'm a Redwing ,Thorogood kinda guy, but I decided to bend the rules a bit and see if this were up to play standard. So all I'm pleased but only time will tell if they hold up. Keep Strong and wear stuff that looks and feels good!Follow up.. Shoes are not boding well I wore them a couple of times and already the tip is separating .and I'm just to lazy to send em in, I believe the company has good intentions, but the product is't up to standard. they should use a different type of glue. The only thing is that the pair I received was a shade lighter than the chocolate brown shown. Not a big deal after I weatherproof them with bees wax. The picture is after breaking them in and prior to wax. I usually wear a size 9, but I ordered the 8 because this model runs big. Fit is great a size down. They are hand made in Africa, so you can't expect each shoe to be perfectly alike. However, mine were very well done, can't tell if any difference.
