## Questions & Answers

**Q: The children got 'sharpies' (permanent marker) on the white pvc table...won't come of with jif, rubbing with magic eraser or anything!!! Will this ???**
A: I use AF Permanent Ink Remover.  Works fine removing Sharpie writing from re-writable dvd's.

**Q: Does this remove biro?**
A: I am not sure bur it did remove permanent marker from a white board so it may also serve that purpose.

I was sceptical when I bought this eraser pen because there are many products that claim to be able to remove permanent ink but they always leave dirty smudges and faint imprints of whatever they are supposed to have erased. This eraser pen, however, actually works. I've managed to clean of a whole load of DVDs and CDs ready to be written onto again. I usually go over the ink writing first then leave it to work for 10 to 20 seconds then use the pen again to remove any stubborn bits. After that, just wipe over with a cloth or tissue and job done!
