These are great and my wife won't let me clean them. I totally understand why. She has baked a variety of items on these sheets and she barely needs a spatula to remove what she has cooked. She could remove the items by hand if they weren't so hot. They are wonderful sheets with easy removal of what you are going to bake or cook on them. They clean easily and look great. They are very durable and a perfect size for whatever you are going to use them for. While these are more expensive than other brands and sheets these are 100% worth the money. I definitely recommend purchasing these as you won't be disappointed. Unless you clean them with an SOS or Brillo type of pad. If you do, please know I can make room in my doghouse for you. Review: after using in the dishwasher - Every time so far when cleaned in the dishwasher, the water that collects under the rolled edge of the perimeter is brown when the tray is turned over to allow the excess water to flow out. I believe this is rust, so each time after washing I have to make sure and dry with a paper towel. I have used them under the broiler (gas) for 10 mins or so and they were fine. They are pretty thick and heavy-gauge aluminum...not your typical cheap "big box store" specials. I've had several of those that after a few minutes at a high temp you can actually hear them "pop" when they buckle. I would think these would hold up well at high temps just like most all Calphalon does. Regardless, they have a warranty from Calphalon so if they buckle, send them back. :) **Q: What are these baking made out of? I wish to avoid aluminum.** A: Yup, they're steel. Work great, don't curl and clean up easy. **Q: What are the interior and exterior dimensions?** A: Exterior 13 x 17 3/4 Interior 12 x 17 **Q: Do the pands have non stick coating?** A: There is a smooth coating on it. I am glad I did it because these trays fit perfectly for my 2x silicone mats (11.6”x16.5”purchased also from Amazon), and inside my 60cm oven (as per photos).
