## Description

The SHAPERKY Back Brace provides full back support, correcting posture from the neck to the lower back, making it ideal for office workers and frequent computer users. Its adjustable design ensures a comfortable fit for both men and women, suitable for work, home, and outdoor activities. This posture corrector effectively alleviates pain caused by scoliosis, spine issues, and hunchback, offering immediate relief. It can be worn during daily activities such as exercising, walking, reading, or studying to improve posture and reduce strain. Designed for universal use, it benefits office workers, drivers, students, and laborers seeking posture correction and pain relief.

## Features

- RELIEVE BACK PAIN & IMPROVE POSTURE - Most posture correctors focus on straightening and supporting the shoulders. Provides relief for back, neck and shoulder discomfort, and effectively improves posture. Without spinal realignment, sitting all day at work or the office puts your back at risk of suffering irreversible damage. This upper and lower back posture corrector for men and women can help train your posture and improve the overall health of your spinal column.
- 2 IN ONE, POSTURE CORRECTOR & BACK SUPPORT - This product is a combination of back support and posture corrector in one! "X" shaped cross back straps provide excellent back and shoulder support. With four removable fiber bar support bars, this adjustable back brace helps straighten your back and lumbar spine and strengthens the neck and shoulders. You can expect to see effective results in terms of body shape and posture.
- ADJUSTABLE & EASY TO USE - The SHAPERKY back brace for posture can be easily put on and taken off without help. Unlike other versions, our straps can be adjusted to fit all body types, including women, men and children, as the length of the band has been altered to make it more suitable. Our back straightener posture corrector is sturdy and easy to use.
- Comfortable and lightweight breathable fabric: To avoid the feeling of congestion and sweating on your back when wearing back straps, we use soft and breathable fabrics for our back support, and the back has a breathable mesh. Unlike most cheaper posture correctors that can be uncomfortable and irritating to the skin, our back straightener posture corrector features a shoulder-wrap design that ensures you feel very comfortable, and the breathable features make it suitable for summer use.
- FULLY FUNCTIONAL AND AVAILABLE IN DIFFERENT SIZES: The back support for women and men is fully functional, providing support without causing pain or discomfort in the armpits, and helps to reduce back pain and improve posture. It comes in multiple sizes, including S/M, M/L and L/XL, to fit different body types, and includes all the specifications needed to enhance back support.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: My waist measurement is 34" at a height of 5'10" and weight of 155 lbs, placing me on the borderline between s/m sizes. should i choose a larger size?**
A: Considering that your measurements fall into the medium category and our sizing chart suggests opting for the larger size if you are in between, I would recommend selecting the medium size. This ensures that the straps will be sufficiently long for proper tightening. Choosing a smaller size may result in straps that are too short for a comfortable fit.

**Q: Can this product be worn directly under clothing?**
A: The SHAPERKY Back Brace and Posture Corrector can be worn directly against the skin, provided that you do not have any skin sensitivity or allergies. However, for enhanced comfort, we suggest wearing the product over a base layer of clothing. This will provide an additional layer of cushioning and prevent potential discomfort that may arise from direct contact with the skin.

**Q: Can you suggest activities that are suitable to engage in while wearing the posture corrector?**
A: While the posture corrector is designed for everyday wear, we advise against using it during activities such as running, driving, or engaging in fitness exercises. These activities involve dynamic movements where the brace's shoulder-pulling effect may restrict your arm movement unexpectedly. Instead of removing the product in such situations, it is recommended to temporarily loosen the straps. Furthermore, we do not recommend wearing the posture corrector while sleeping.

**Q: Just got it today, feels great so far, but surprised that package says wear only 2 hours while reviews say you can wear all day. Which is correct?**
A: I believe I read somewhere that you start off wearing it for short periods of time at first, and gradually build as time goes on. So for the first 2 weeks, wear for 30 minutes at a time, a few times a week. Then after a few weeks, wear for an hour, and after a few more weeks, wear for 2 hours, and so on. It’s a personal preference really. If it feels good, and it’s ok with your doctor (in case you have any issues) I don’t see why you can’t wear it as often as you would like to. Hope this helps answer your question!
