It's good quality (I tried to cut it with a boxcutter and it was resistant). Thankfully, I haven't had to test it's resistance capabilities regarding fire and water, but I don't have any doubts. I was looking for a bag to keep all my documents, visa papers, passport in a single bag. This bag met my expectation and I feel secure now with my documents. Perfect size, light weight, has a lock in place, and was good enough to accommodate all the documents. Is fireproof and waterproof, perfect value for the money spent. Has multiple small compartments that can barely fit A4 size paper. Area for improvement: If the size was a bit larger, that would be wonderful.
