I followed the recipe instructions for softening the sheets for a minute in water, wringing, and then adding them to the rest of the panna cotta ingredients. They dissolved beautifully, my panna cotta set perfectly, and was creamy and smooth, with not a trace of the graininess that can happen with packet gelatin.
