My daughter has played since 6-7 grade and is now a 10th grader in HS. Was an OH but plays Libero now so her knees take a beating. These are just ok. The Nahdeh gel knee pads are much better but they unfortunately had a manufacturing issue and we can't get them until Fall 2017, so we are using these as a stop gap.
