It comes with the switches, back plate, and panel face plate. If links is another word for one of the items I have listed then yes :-) if not then no. **Q: Any idea the screw size for the faceplate, they seem smaller than usual m3.5 you get on standard sockets** A: They normal size screws and they arrived with the panel..
