It was easy to use & the print quality was excellent. Having owned a number of resin printers over the years, this is by far & away the best one.HOWEVER! After less than 3 weeks, the printer developed a fault. Every time I tried to do a print it would go through it's self diagnostics & would find a fault with the lCD screen. I would check everything but no problem could be found, but I did discover that if I over-rode the fault the printer would print normally.I contacted Elegoo customer support about this & over nearly a week of emails no solution was found or even a sensible suggestion made. Eventually they asked me to dismantle the machine that was less than a month old to try & discover the issue myself. I am nether qualified or dexterous enough to do this. Regardless of that, I found it hard to believe that I would be able to get a refund on a machine I had dismantled myself whether with or without Elegoo's apparent consent.After a few more emails & said I wanted to return the faulty unit & get a replacement, I was told (very ominously) that this would "take a lot of time". To cut the cr3p a opted to buy another printer & return the faulty one through Amazon. Even then, they tried to make me wait a month for the refund.
