I have bought some cylindrical magnets that I will add to the grips to see if I can improve them ?. That Protect and Grip Well *by on Reviewed in the United States 12 September 2025* Versatile Jaw Covers That Protect and Grip WellThese Yost UP360 universal 6-inch prism style jaw covers turned out to be a great addition to my bench vise. They’re thoughtfully designed with multiple grooves and textures, so whether I’m holding flat stock, round pipe, or delicate parts, the grip is secure without marring the surface. The soft but durable material gives me confidence when clamping finished pieces, and I haven’t noticed any slipping.Installation and removal are as simple as sliding them on and off, and they stay in place better than I expected. I especially like that they fit snugly on my 6-inch vise but also have enough flexibility to adapt to others. They’ve held up well to repeated use without deforming, which isn’t always the case with cheaper covers. If there’s one thing to note, it’s that because the material is a bit softer, they can pick up dirt and filings quickly—worth giving them a quick brush-off now and then to keep the grip clean.Bottom line: A well-made, versatile set of jaw covers that protect your workpieces and improve clamping without hassle—highly recommended for anyone who works with a bench vise regularly. ## Frequently Bought Together - Yost Vises UP360 Universal 6 Inch Prism Style Jaw Cover - Yost Vises MU360 Universal Jaw Cover, 6" - Yost Vises 750-E Multi-Jaw Rotating Vise System | 2 in 1 Multipurpose Bench and Pipe Vise | Secure Grip with Swivel Base | Made with a Combination of Ductile Iron & Hardened Steel | Medium, Blue --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.ae/products/66409891-yost-tools-up-360-woodworking-vise](https://www.desertcart.ae/products/66409891-yost-tools-up-360-woodworking-vise) --- *Product available on Desertcart United Arab Emirates* *Store origin: AE* *Last updated: 2026-10-22*
