It’s easy to wear, easy to put on and take off. The belt is good strong quality and Velcro is a smooth modern type and it sticks strong! There’s tabs on each to pull the Velcro off and after numerous wearings it’s as good as first day. The stitching is good quality. I can move and do housework with the belt on and it doesn’t dig in. I have worn it all day if necessary. I have driven my car with it on. What’s not to like about this belt. It keeps my spine, my vertebrae, stable and I get loads less sciatica and hip pain.
