It is chock FULL of vanilla bean seeds, and the viscosity is a lot thinner. It almost exploded out of the container when I first opened it to use it, as I was expecting the usual corn syrup goopyness. A little goes a long way with this stuff, it tastes amazing, and gives that perfect speckled appearance to your baked goods! I’m impressed!

This vanilla paste adds a lively natural vanilla flavor that compliments baking. It’s sweet, flavorful and full of vanilla beans. It’s a beautiful color and has a lovely aroma. This is my favorite paste for baking. I also use a very small amount in my coffee or hot chocolate for a special treat. This is a great quality vanilla paste for any home baker to make your baked goods stand out.
