Contacted support and they promptly sent me another unit. Unfortunately, that one didn't work either. I've tried getting both to work on several wifi networks while using several devices to connect with, and haven't been able to get it working. The issue is after connecting to the units WiFi network, I can't click the blue buttons in their app, none of them function.
