A: No, Sir...None of the blades lock on the knife.I hope this helps.I have it in my hands as I am typing.

**Q: Is this knife USA made??**
A: I do not believe so. Taylor Brands, I think, purchased Schrader some time ago. Since USA or Rhode Island is not engraved on the blade, I suspect the knife is made overseas.

**Q: Does this knife have a loop so it can hang from carabiner or does it have to go in a case?**
A: Nope, just an ordinary slip joint pocket knife

**Q: Does 69OT come with carry case?**
A: Mine came with a leather case that snaps shut.
