It specifically says it's a non drip cream formula. There is no mention of this being bleach. It's supposed to be a colour remover. I know there are bleach free colour removers so assumed this was one. Imagine my surprise when I pick up the sachet to immediately feel that it is a powder not cream. It says on the back of the pack to mix with developer. There is no mention of the requirement of a separate product required to make this product useable. I did not want to buy bleach which is why I opted for this product. So I am left with two sachets of this product that I have been falsely sold that I cannot use.
