But *by A***. on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on October 21, 2018* Ok, sorry folks but these mirrors in general are overrated!First of all this is a nice mirror with a thick epoxy sprayed on the back but it doesn't appear non breakable... Maybe it is but I won't test it.But BEFORE YOU BUY any mirror, find a makeup Mirror and go experiment!It's basically useless to hit a target in full sunlight IMO...Sorry to be so negative but unless your shooting into a nearby shadowed area you can't even see where the mirror is shining if the target is in an area also in the sunshine!Would be a cold day in hell before you got the attention of a boat or plane while standing on solid ground since you have no idea where it's shining, LET ALONE targeting while bobbing in the ocean waves!Save your money and buy a gps or a flare!Better yet make sure you first get a 5-6 foot Sox with reflective band in top in case they search for you with lights in dusk or dark and a good loud in-line or other whistle BEFORE worrying about a mirror.If you want to look cool and say you have one, then buy it!But at this price point and considering it's already bigger than most and it still is non-effective, I just don't get it?I really wanted it to work or I wouldn't have bought what appeared to be the best.I gave it 4 stars bc it's a nice mirror, and deducted a star bc it's almost useless.... make sure you really want a mirror! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I love this. Next time my mask leaks, I'll be able to tell where the leak is coming from.It fits on your wrist like a watch, and it can be flipped so the black side is out when you aren't using it, so you won't accidentally blind your buddy on the surface or during night dives. When you need it, you can flip it over and you have a nice mirror to see if something is wrong on your kit. Every scuba diver knows how hard it is to see if where your mask is leaking, or if your octo is snagged on a BCD strap, or any other little thing that can go wrong with your kit while you are wearing it.An ounce of mirror, with a black side for safety, that fits on your arm? Just what I was looking for.I'm not sure what size the bungee is, but I'm planning to get some more in case I need to redo it. (seller, suggest adding bungee size to description. I think 3/8s?) I'm also hunting around for a case to put it in for when it's in my bag as it doesn't come with one. It lists as unbreakable, and it feels strong, but let's face it, nothing is 'really' unbreakable. It does seem like it will stand up to a lot though.That is tiny however compared to the fact this is EXACTLY what I was looking for to help fill out my scuba kit. Very happy with the purchase.
