Took the plunge after reading the reviews and can confirm it is an excellent unit.Build quality is fantastic (including the remote), the sound is crisp and clear, yes it's heavy on the bass but there's no distortion and as long as your neighbours don't mind it's great.Tested with a 4th generation 60GB iPod video and a 6th generation 8GB nano, both worked fine.Overall, having bought a range of cheaper docks over the years I can safely say I wish I'd not bothered and had gone for this instead first off. Quite simply this product is a revelation. It plays my iTunes tracks, Youtube playlists etc, straight off the phone. I use it connected to my other (spare) phone to wirelessly stream digital radio in the kitchen, using the auxiliary connector provided. One issue is that the UK plug that came with the unit has a dodgy connector to the power adaptor. (plastic coating goes over the pin) All I did was use the US 2 pin with a plug adaptor I had in the cupboard, rather than bother asking for another one.As I said to my son, it goes into our 'Top value purchases of all time'. Incredible sound, particularly base from such a low cost single unit.
