Review: desertcart sent faulty units - It seems like I keep receiving defective units from desertcart Germany. The first unit came with broken ink cartridge latch right out of the box and I had to return it. The second unit I repurchased couldn't print right. All prints had dog ears and long streak of scratches. First print came out blurry and subsequent prints had ink streaks. I tried troubleshooting, adjusting printing paper and ink sheet, all issues still persist.
