## Description

From the Manufacturer        During WWII the United States Navy recognized a need for heavy firepower in the skies and purchased specially equipped B-25 medium bombers for use by the United States Marine Corps. The Marine Corps used the fast heavily armed aircraft to attack Japanese shipping to block the flow of supplies to Japanese forces in the Pacific. The PBJ was used effectively to the end of WWII in August 1945.
