It connects to most of the major apps, Apple Heath, Fitbit, etc. It is easy to use and seems to be fairly accurate. These scales have come a long way in just a handful of years. I am on a 2026 health kick and am doing a lot of weight work. So, while I am definitely losing some weight, I am packing in muscle. It is nice to see that my body fat % is down almost 4% even though my weight loss has plateaued. The app is great and easy to connect to. Simply download the app, get to the pairing section, and tap the scale with your toe to turn it on. It will show right up in the app. Once paired, you will get a ton of information after weighing in.
